Something not working, or a verdict that looks wrong? Write to billionventuresllc@gmail.com and a person will read it. Telling us the product name and roughly what the label said is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

Common questions

It said "Suspicious" — what does that mean?
That the ingredient can be either vegan or not, and the label does not say which. Sugar, natural flavours and mono- and diglycerides are the usual ones: it depends on the producer, not on the ingredient. We would rather tell you that than give you false confidence.

It could not read my label.
Fit the ingredients list inside the on-screen frame, hold steady, and turn the flash on in dim light. Very small print, heavy glare and curved packaging are the three things that defeat it most often. A read that fails for one of these reasons does not use up a scan the first time it happens each day.

The verdict looks wrong.
Please tell us. The app reads labels with an AI model, and it can misread faint print or miss a line that is cut off. Wrong verdicts are the thing we most want reported, and the ones you send are what we test against.

I ran out of free scans.
The free allowance is 5 scans a day and resets at midnight, your local time. Pro raises it to 100 a day.

I subscribed to Pro but the app still shows the free limit.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, write to us with the email address you used on the App Store or Google Play.

How do I cancel Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from, not by us. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, Profile, Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out.

Do you keep my photos?
No. The cropped image is held in memory for the few seconds the scan takes and is never written to disk. The full details are in the privacy policy.

A note on accuracy

Treat the result as a fast, well-informed second opinion rather than a guarantee. If a product really matters to you, read the label yourself as well.
